IDS Technical Support - Information You Will Need:
You will need access to your PC, VCM and VMM (where applicable) when contacting support. Because the VCM and VMM receive their power from the vehicle's battery, a vehicle with a fully charged battery is also necessary.

Please be sure to have the following information:

2. PC operating system and Service Pack level
3. Network Connection / Content –ISP
4. IDS Versions – These can be found on the System Information subtab, with the VCM and VMM powered and connected: –  (On System Information subtab)
