New Model training focuses on new service and diagnostic procedures on the latest vehicles and systems available to dealership service personnel. Training is typically delivered via the web to provide timely availability while maximizing the number of service personnel to be trained. New Model training is developed for all service department personnel and highlights the new features of the vehicle to gain a better understanding of the overall vehicle. "Skill" training is developed with the technician in mind, and covers specific diagnostic procedures needed to repair the vehicle Right the First Time.
