The e-mail address used in support of your subscription preferences is maintained in STARS2.  If you are having a problem in changing your e-mail address, please contact the STARS Help Desk at 800-548-3212.
Any e-mail messages that you may receive follow the guidelines of the STARS Privacy Statement and are sponsored by one of the following two departments within Ford Motor Company. Retail Education & Training (RE&T) for non-technical training, and Technical Service Operations (TSO) for service training.
If you have a question or comment regarding the contents of an e-mail message, simply open the message and click the 'reply' button in your e-mail program; or use the contact information in the body of the e-mail message to contact us.  If your message did not include contact information for the sponsoring activity or you no longer have access to the original e-mail, you may refer to the table below for contact information.
