The following information will help you get started.
To view this document at any time, press the
Information button 
on toolbar and
select
"Welcome to SLTS" from the list. The toolbar is located towards the bottom
part of the screen on the left.
To display the complete set of instructions, press the
Help button 
on the toolbar.
To view Paint Special Instructions, press the
Information button , select PAINT-Special Instructions in the pop window and select View.
The effective date of the new
labor times on this release is: June 1, 2020
Issues
with Web View or Monthly CD
If you did not receive your
monthly CD, the menu pick for SLTS Web View is no longer an option or you have
questions concerning Continuing Enrollment please contact Helm Incorporated
with your P&A Code, name, phone number and dealership name: www.helminc.com or
1-888-737-8782 Option #1.
If you are having technical
difficulties connecting to the SLTS Web View or viewing the SLTS CD please
contact the Technical Information Hotline (TIS) via web form submission: PTS Home Page>Technical Hotline
Tab>TIS Assistance Request Form from the left drop down menu selection or
the Technical Hotline at 1-800-826-4694.
