Attention Users - During Installation of IDS R79 - if prompted, to close all Internet Explorer (IE) browsers:

After closing all browsers, click “OK” to continue installation and close the “IDS Installation Warning” dialog box.

IDS software will install after all IE browsers are closed.

Do not re-open IE browsers prior to completion of IDS installation

If updates are not being received, the facility Network Administrator may have to modify the exceptions or access control list to accept the following URL used by the FLEXnet software to retrieve updates: http://updates.installshield.com
